STEPHEN VEASEY - MBA, MSc

(Chief Executive Officer)

Stephen is one of the original co-founders of 3di with specific responsibility for developing services for Market and Reference Data solutions and implementing Trading and Risk platforms.

Entering the IT industry in the mid-80s Stephen’s expertise dates back to software engineering on early market data distribution platforms (TIB, Dectrade, MIPS, etc.). Cross-training into the business Stephen moved through various roles including FX Liquidity Trading (UBS), Treasury Risk Consultant (IBJ, London), Global Head of Risk Software Services (Rolfe & Nolan) before finally settling in the Energy Trading industry (Southern Electric, Powergen, TXU Energy Trading and Risk) during the late 90s as a quant and systems consultant.

Stephen’s role within 3di is to act as an Engagement manager for client projects as well as to devise and effect the company’s business policies and strategy.

OWEN CHUCK

(Director, Sales and Client Account Management)

Joining 3di in 2007 from the Global Account Management team of Sungard, Owen Chuck lends a wealth of know-how in handling client relationships.

Owen’s previous employers include Reuters and Pont Data. His extensive experience across the Market Data, Risk Management and Application Integration genres provides Owen with a bed-rock of experience in dealing with 3di’s core solutions across the industry.

Owen also manages 3di's partner program, which includes re-distribution deals with North American channels for the 3di product set.

VICKY PRESCOTT - BEng DIS

(Chief Administration Officer)

Having previously worked for the Natwest Group, Bankers Trust and Deutsche Bank in a number of business management and contract negotiation positions, she joined Capco, a strategic consulting firm to the Capital Markets. While there Vicky headed the Central Services function across Asia Pac, India, Europe and North America. Following a year of freelance consulting, Vicky joined 3di in January 2008 as Chief Administration Officer responsible for the executive management for the firm. Based in the US with additional responsibility for managing North American partnerships, Vicky is also Company Secretary for 3di’s US operations.

JANELLE TAMBLYN - BA

(Associate Director, Market Data Services)

Janelle has worked for numerous prestigious organisations during her 12 years in the market data industry. Her early career was primarily working for market data vendors, where her roles included new business sales, account manager, customer support executive and senior sales administrator.

In recent years Janelle has focused on the analysis and evaluation of market data across all asset classes to a granular financial instrument level. Janelle’s in-depth understanding of users business requirements and how these are accurately matched to appropriate products in the market provides the platform for many of 3di’s packaged consulting services.

Within 3di, Janelle manages all the Administrators and Analysts that comprise the Market Data services function. Janelle is also the Product Manager for our Profiler and Desk Profiler applications.

• Cantors - Lead consultant and project manager for a Global outsourcing of ALL Market Data Analysis and Projects including strategic desktop and applications market data reviews, exchange and vendor audits.
• Barclays Capital - Interim analyst, evaluating business requirements, managing vendor and exchange audits, etc.
• Henderson Global Investors - Lead consultant for strategic desktop and applications market data review

RICHARD DURANT - BSc, MSc

(Associate Director, Real-Time Enterprise)

Richard has in-depth experience of all major stages of the software development cycle from feasibility study through to design, development, testing and product release. He also has extensive experience of project management and team leadership, as well as initiating and maintaining relationships with key OEMs and third parties.

After serving a standard IT apprenticeship at British Telecom, Richard took over design & implementation responsibility for a Reuters and TIBCo-based Enterprise trading platform at TXU Easter Power & Energy Trading.

Bringing an in-depth knowledge of market data and middleware infra-structure to the financial markets, Richard undertook the design & delivery responsibility for the TIE (Trading Information Exchange) solution at a large global investment bank; a solution that still underpins the rates distribution and application integration in the bank today.

Within 3di Richard leads all integration and complex market data system projects. Recent client engagements include Deutsche Bank, BP and ABN/AMRO.

Additionally, 3di has an advisory board of non-executive directors whose industry experience and influence provides crucial direction and support for the company.
